Premio a La                     EXCELENCIA De La Mujer Latinoamericana Mensaje de / A Message From Nora Hernández Fundadora / Founder   La mujer latina posee dones, cualidades y actitudes que son inherentes a  su raza y a sus  respectivas culturas, e indispensables para adaptarse y sobresalir en las diferentas actividades, desempeños y roles que deben asumir cuando vienen a este hermoso país.  Los retos, las barreras, las dificultades y las oportunidades que encuentran en Los Estados Unidos, las fortalecen y animan para luchar y ser solidarias con su entorno, fortaleciendo los lazos familiares y sociales, así como el logro de metas, sueños y objetivos.  Los premios a "La Excelencia de la Mujer Latinoamericana" fueron creados para exaltar y  reconocer los esfuerzos y talentos de las mujeres latinas, que con liderazgo y optimismo luchan por el bienestar de su  familia, y son modelos de superación y orgullo para la comunidad. El Club de Mujeres Latinoamericanas "LAWC", La Asociación de Salud Mental de Carolina del Norte "MHA/NC” y algunas entidades comerciales e industriales  de Carolina del Norte, se han unido a mi, para hacer posible este magno evento, en el que se reconoce a mujeres que han sido nominadas por destacarse como líderes en las respectivas categorías ¡Únete a nosotros, disfruta este histórico evento, conoce y felicita a estas maravillosas mujeres! The Latin women have gifts, qualities and attitudes that are inherent from their respective cultures, indispensable to adapt and to excel in different activities, performances and roles that they must assume when they come to this beautiful country.  The challenges, the barriers, the difficulties and the opportunities that the Latin women find in the United States, fortify them to shared solidarity with their surroundings, creating strong bonds with family and community members. “The Latin American Women’s  Excellence Awards” were created to recognize and support the efforts and talents of the Latin women, who with leadership and optimism, work for the well-being of their family, and are models of overcoming    adversity and pride for the   community. The Latin American Women’s Club “LAWC”, The Mental Health Association in North Carolina “MHA/NC” private industries and other organizations, we are delighted to present the Latin American Women’s Excellence Awards this year to exceptional women in North Carolina.  Please join us, enjoy this historic event, congratulates and get to know these wonderful women!
